3,000 TPD Cement Plant Modernization

TIC was awarded the contract for the construction of the Harleyville Plant modernization.

Scope of work consist of the construction of a new cement line designed to produce 3,000 TPD.

Technical Details

• One 196’ x 14’ diameter kiln driven by two 282 hp drives
• One finish mill
• One clinker cooler
• Four conveyor systems
• 10,000 cy of structural concrete
• 9,000 cy of preheater slip form concrete
• 4,600 tons of plate and ductwork
• 30,000 lf of pipe and 29,000 lf of cable tray
• 3,300 tons of steel
