Accelerated Journeyman Development Program (AJDP)

TIC’s Accelerated Journeyman Development Program (AJDP) provides NCCER certified training for seven different craft disciplines — electrical, ironworking, millwright, multidisciplinary, pipefitting, lineworker and solar installation — to help our craft employees excel and grow in their careers.

Mobile Training Facilities (MTFs) provide career-elevating training right on the project site.

TIC’s MTF program includes discipline-focused training that leverages a combination of hands-on learning and classroom work. Specialized training provides learners with the skills to deliver high-quality work across the industry.

Each MTF includes toolboxes for learners filled with everything they need to perform their respective trades — from building foundation formwork to running conduit and wire switches to pipefitting, ironworking and more.

At TIC, we show commitment to employee development by investing in our people from day one. This includes specialized formal training programs aimed at producing skilled and talented individuals at all levels, as well as providing on-the-job training, continued education programs and giving our people opportunities to grow.
