TIC-Entergy Program - Vendor Opportunities
TIC – The Industrial Company (TIC) and Sargent & Lundy, L.L.C. (S&L) have contractually formed TSL Power Partners, a Joint Venture (TSL). TSL along with Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. (MPWA) have entered into an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Agreement with Entergy to develop procurement specifications and other design deliverables as required for the procurement of equipment, materials, and construction services for the collective projects listed below and forthcoming combine cycle project(s).

TSL, along with Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. (MPWA), intend to enter into an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Agreement with Entergy to develop procurement specifications and other design deliverables as required for the procurement of equipment, materials, and construction services for the Project. The equipment, materials, and construction services for the Project will be purchased in the name of TSL. S&L will prepare procurement specifications and/or bill of material lists that identifies the equipment and material to be purchased by TSL.
