ELBA ISLAND LNG TERMINAL EXPANSION - MARINE AND HEAVY CIVIL

Major marine and heavy-civil construction work included a storm surge wall, breasting dolphins, mooring dolphins and a 1,050-linear foot combined-wall bulkhead system. Maintenance, repair, shoreline protection, dike relocation and dredging projects were also performed by TIC – The Industrial Company (TIC).

Since 2001, TIC has executed over 30 projects at the Elba Island LNG Terminal, a bidirectional plant with an export capacity of 2.5 million metric tonnes per year. Located near Savannah, Georgia, this terminal connects to six major pipelines and services the Southeast and mid-Atlantic markets.
