TIC – The Industrial Company (TIC) was contracted to construct the olefins portion of a world-class plastics manufacturing facility as part of Kiewit and Chiyoda International Corporation’s  EPC contract with Gulf Coast Growth Ventures LLC (GCGV). The construction portion included the entire 1.8 MTPA ethylene plant and associated utilities.

The abundance of low-cost U.S. natural gas in the area provided a unique opportunity for GCGV to build this multi-billion-dollar, world-scale facility.
