Phoenix Copper Mine Leach Expansion

Expansion of the Phoenix Mine that updated the mine’s production value by modifying the existing operation to recover copper from material that had been classified as waste in previous processing efforts. Major systems installed included heap leach facilities, solvent extraction/electrowinning plant, raffinate facility, tank farm and a pump house. The scope included earthwork, concrete, structural steel, mechanical equipment, piping, electrical and instrumentation, and architectural finishes for the facility.
